Design a portfolio folder that helps customers to understand the value we provide and consequently helps us to acquire new customers.

Schauer Lück Engineers offer to property owners and administrations to structure all relevant documents
and data on their real estate objects and to maintain these information for them.

The design of the folder emphasizes the value of organized knowledge. By removing the transparent band to open the portfolio, the recipient destroys the order.

In the inner part of the portfolio, the user regains this order — as a metaphorical manifestation of the very service the engineers provide.
